Half Term
Camps
A fun & nurturing environment
Our half term activity programmes aim to provide safe, fun and affordable childcare for your children to enjoy.
We offer exciting activity programmes lead by experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic coaches who create an enjoyable and nurturing environment your child will love. Half term camps regularly run in Orpington, Grove Park, Hither Green and New Cross.
Please read below to find out a bit more about what your child can expect at a Sportacus half term camp.
We run our half term & school holiday activity camps in various locations across Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich. With more venues coming soon to other parts of south east London and Kent. All of our sites will accept tax free childcare vouchers and will be staffed by DBS checked, first aid qualified experienced staff.

We break the day down so as well as lots of sports, fun and games, the kids have time to recharge and socialise with their friends in an unstructured but supervised environment. It is the school holidays after all.

We have daily competitions, awards and giveaways at all of our half term sites and celebrate these achievements at the end of the week at an awards ceremony. Our dancers also have a small production to show their grown ups what they have been working on and everyone who attends our half term camps receive a certificate of participation.

As well as our excellent value for money, we offer siblings 10% off the total cost of any full week bookings and we accept all childcare vouchers too.
Football
Your children will love our half term football programme.
Each day will consist of some technical information, a skill practice, a daily competition related to a theme and lots and lots of game time.

We finish the week with a tournament and a chance to try out all the skills and techniques the kids have been learning all week.
All of this is done in an encouraging and pressure free environment where yur child can make mistakes and develop at their own pace.

Multisports
During our half term multi sports activity camps your child can expect to play a variety of sports and games both on their own and as part of a team learning valuable transferable skills they can use again and again.

Activities such as Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Dodgeball, Football, Golf, Netball, Rugby & Tennis are just some of the sports your child could try, learning different skills along the way.

We also play lots of invasion and tagging games which improve problem solving, team work and your child's agility, balance, coordination and speed.
Dance
We have some amazing dance teachers at Sportacus.
Our dance activity camps are designed to build and boost your child's confidence while teaching them new dance techniques and styles. Children learn new songs and find out about rhythm, timing and how sounds are formed. We also look at role play and practise improvisation and storytelling.

There is also some time dedicated arts and crafts where the children have the opportunity to be creative and draw/colour in and make.
