Having worked with Sportacus for several years they are a genuine asset to any school. They bring professionalism and fun to sessions which engage, delight and of course educate the children. Throughout covid they provided wonderful flexible support across our school and our children can’t wait for them to come in. Even our most reluctant students are now on board. In terms of mentoring some of our vulnerable students this has just been a natural addition to the coaching offered and it has been amazing to see some of our children really grow in confidence and ability.

On behalf of all the children and staff at Heronsgate Primary School, I would like to say a massive thank you to Sportacus who have been working with us to provide our children with fantastic, high quality PE lessons! We have used our school Sports Premium fund to work with Sportacus which has led our staff to develop their confidence and skills in teaching a range of sports and activities across the curriculum.
It has been a difficult year in school, but with the help of Sportacus, our children have absolutely loved their fun and engaging PE lessons and continued to learn the fundamental physical skills they need to progress across a range of sports. Sportacus have been so adaptable and created fun, safe lessons for our pupils in school with minimum equipment and videos for children to keep active at home.
We are so grateful for all our coaches at Heronsgate and their continuous dedication to our pupils physical education!

Sportacus are a unique company that focuses on building truly positive relationships with the children in their care. School clubs at Poverest are thriving due to their enthusiasm and kindness to all. Clubs are tailored to the needs of the school and are organised efficiently which places very little workload upon the school.

Sportacus provide our Sports Coaching and Sports Clubs at Tubbenden Primary School. The coaches provide high quality PE sessions and engage all children in their lessons, encouraging them to achieve their best no matter the size of the achievement. The coaches are especially inclusive of children with SEND and adapt their teaching to support the variety of needs in each session. The coaches have formed great relationships with the children that they teach and the children report that they enjoy the sessions and know what is being asked of them. In pupil interviews children reported that they feel challenged but supported in Sportacus sessions and the coaches make them aware of what it is they will be learning and what they need to do to achieve it. Extra-curricular clubs are always highly attended and children enjoy the range of sports offered by Sportacus. Harry and Grant are approachable, adaptable and supportive in providing lessons which meet the needs of our PE curriculum and provision, whilst still being fun and engaging for the children, and have worked closely with the PE Lead to offer a range of activities which support the progression of skills taught through our Primary PE Curriculum.

Sportacus have provided sports enrichment to Pratts Bottom Primary for over four years. I could not recommend them enough. The coaches are professional and all have good subject knowledge. They all develop fantastic relationships with our children which in turn lead to great outcomes.
Sportacus after school clubs are popular and well loved by all of the children whether they are Dance and Drama, Multi sports, Football or Lego Club.
However, the biggest impact Sportacus has made to our school is with our lunchtime Sports Leader. Every day a Sportacus Coach sets up different events to keep children engaged and active at lunchtime. This has helped to dramatically decrease behavioural incidents at lunchtime as the children are so engaged in sports.

Last year Sportacus ran our Sports Day for the whole school. It was an overwhelming successful event. The coaches were well organised and designed the events so that all children could feel included. The children really enjoyed Sports Day and loved trying all of the events even speed jumping!
Harry, the Sportacus Lead, is always available to answer any questions we may have as well as work through any type of sporting activity we made need. I couldn’t recommend Sportacus enough for all your school’s needs
